The GL Export provides an extract file detailing the GL allocations of all transactions posted since the last extract was finalized. GL allocations will only be available if the GL option has been selected in the GL Settings page under System Preferences.
Access to this report is controlled by your Security Profile.
- Select GL Export from the Reports tab.
- Click Run Report.
- The report will be generated for all new, previously unexported GL allocations.
- If you wish you can change the default settings select a File from the Export No listbox to view allocations from a previously exported GL file.
- Click View Report.
- If you wish to print, save or export this report, select the report destination.
Report Information
The report is sorted by Entered Date and entry order and contains the following information:
- Entered Date (posting date)
- Transaction Date (effective date)
- Transaction Type
- Branch Number
- Client Number
- Loan Number
- Loan Type
- Loan Status
- GL Account
- Cost Center
- Corporation
- Amount
A GL Summary is provided at the end of the report. A single, net amount is provided for each unique combination of account number, cost center and corporation.
